Ultimately, whether a person is introverted or extroverted, what matters is their ability to lead and manage a team effectively. If a person can communicate well, be a leader, analyse and make informed decisions, they will be able to succeed in their role.
The biggest problem is probably the fact that most often after a day at work where there have been many rallies you come out exhausted and don't want to talk to anyone, and at home your family is waiting for you, who also need to make time for you.
Introverted PMs, how is that? For products, the ability to communicate effectively and lead a team is the key to success. However, not all products are extroverted or sociable people.
