I have a low appetite and I'm losing a kg every few days. I'm terrified of being skinny pls go away. My therapist says it's okay and that low appetite is normal for stressful times and summer, but I'm starting to think I should give in to the occasional binge urges

I've been having some stomach issues and now I can't eat past maybe 5 bites if I'm being very generous. I'm scared bc I lost like 4kgs so quick and see no improvement

I force fed myself until i couldn't breathe but lost 3kgs???? What the fuuck is this I would've killed to lose those 3kgs but now that i want to gain i cant????
