Biden out. Whoever contends for the candidacy should study the moves he's made recently, including the rent cap announcement. The cynical (and true) take is these commitments came from a place of desperation. Also true: good policy is good politics. Don't back down, push further.

"Palestinians are terrorists. They should peacefully resist." But not Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (criminalised). Not Literature festivals (attacked, censored, refuse visas, lawfare). Not social media activism (shadow-ban them). Not protests (shoot them, mow the lawn).

Hostage-taking of civilians is a war crime. What we’re witnessing in the Middle East right now are multiple war crimes. Some of us condemn war crimes there, regardless of whether the perpetrators are Israeli or Palestinian. Some only condemn war crimes by Palestinians.
