2-year-old Ali Mohammad Sadeghi was sitting on his father’s shoulders during the nationwide protests in Isfahan, when he was shot and killed instantly by security forces of the Islamic Republic regime, dying instantly in his father’s arms.
His devastated parents held his tiny, lifeless body through the freezing night in the snow, refusing to let authorities take him away to conceal the truth. They buried their little boy the next morning.
The family has faced intense pressure and security threats from the regime ever since, ordered to remain silent and never speak about what truly happened.
In a voice full of anguish, his mother wrote: “I had so many beautiful dreams for you…”
This is the cold-blooded murder of a child, yet UNICEF remain silent, as if the right to safety and life applies to every child except those in Iran. @UNICEF#IranMassacre#IranRevolution2026

Iran’s elite students are demanding basic rights and dignity.
The Islamic Republic’s response has been intimidation, lockdowns, and arrests.
This is repression, not security.
