🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are arresting unaccompanied minors, trafficking them across state borders, and then “losing”them. Sixteen-year-old Sebastian, an asylum-seeker from Ecuador, was driving in Minneapolis when immigration agents pulled him over in early January. He managed to call his father before they confiscated his phone. Then he disappeared. Instead of processing him locally, federal agents moved him from holding area to holding area, kept him overnight in a HOTEL under guard, and then flew him to Michigan. He was placed in a federally contracted Christian youth shelter, and given 5 vaccines. All while his family had no idea where he was. For nearly a week, the government could not… or would not… tell his father where his 16-year-old son had been taken. When his attorney filed an emergency petition, an ICE lawyer responded that it “does not appear that this Petitioner is in ICE custody.” He had been arrested by ICE… He had been transported by ICE. But suddenly, according to ICE, he wasn’t in ICE custody. After agents picked him up, they labeled him an “unaccompanied minor” and issued him a new alien number, even though he already had one as an asylum-seeker. That second number made him nearly impossible to track once he was transferred into the federal shelter system. When his lawyer finally located him in Michigan, he had been confined for over a week, he was not allowed to disclose his location to his father, his movement was restricted, and his communication was monitored. This is what they are calling “ensuring safety.” The shelter he was sent to… Bridgeway, operated by Bethany Christian Services…has a documented history of violations. In 2023, a counselor there was charged with sexually abusing immigrant youth. State inspections later found compliance failures, including background check issues and evidence of staff hazing children. This facility receives millions in federal funding. Sebastian’s family was lucky. They were able to hire a lawyer. They were able to track him through paperwork the government claimed did not exist. They were able to physically show up and get him out. How many families don’t have that kind of help? How many parents are calling numbers that lead nowhere? How many children are sitting in facilities under new identification numbers, waiting for someone to figure out where they’ve been sent? If it takes a federal court order, and private investigators, to locate a 16-year-old the government admits it picked up… That’s a system where the government is knowingly trafficking children, unless their family has the resources to pull them back.

Today, @Ilhan and I conducted an oversight visit at the Whipple building. We were required to give seven days notice. When we arrived, ICE had moved every single detainee out of the facility. They don’t want us to see what’s really going on here. And they certainly don’t want us to hear the stories of those who are detained. I will not stop pushing to hold Kristi Noem and her rogue agency accountable. Minnesotans deserve answers.

In 1946 WWII veteran Maceo Snipes was shot in his back by the KKK the day after he became the first Black person to cast a vote in Taylor County, Georgia. New lawsuit filed against ICE—after little kids forced to run for their lives at raid on "Family Night." "I didn’t get caught," boy says. "Nobody got some handcuffs on me." Dozens of minors were among hundreds detained—zip tied and separated from parents. Agents chose to raid on "Family Night" at La Catedral Arena—a family oriented picnic including children as young as 5 years old. At one point, a crowd of people looking for their loved ones surged forward, and agents fired rubber bullets at them. One 8-year-old boy appeared on a local news report and described how he had to pick tiny shards of glass out of his mouth. The ACLU filed a federal civil rights lawsuit highlighting the mistreatment of families—many of whom were U.S. citizens of Hispanic descent. The joint FBI and ICE raid was allegedly looking for an illegal gambling operation in Wilder, Idaho. #DemsUnited

🚨BREAKING: ICE is human trafficking a U.S. Army Black Hawk pilot’s wife…and DHS is lying about it. Stephanie Carolina Kenny came to the United States in 2021 seeking asylum from Venezuela. She was processed and released into the U.S. and has complied with every ICE check-in. In 2023, she was granted Temporary Protected Status, and her asylum hearing was scheduled for 2027. She has no criminal record and has lived here continuously and lawfully under the terms given to her. She is the definition of “doing it the right way.” While building her life here, she met and married Chief Warrant Officer 2 Christopher Busby… an 11-year U.S. Army veteran and Black Hawk pilot who recently flew presidential security missions in 2025. Then, on December 5, 2025, she did exactly what she had always done… She showed up to her routine ICE check-in, and the government locked her up. They detained the wife of a man who has served this country for over a decade… Not because she broke the law, not because she is a danger… But because they can. At her bond hearing, the DHS attorney admitted he had not even reviewed her case file… and still argued she was a “flight risk,” pointing largely to the fact that she had recently gotten married… as if building a family and strengthening community ties somehow makes someone more likely to flee. Stephanie has been in the United States since 2021 and followed every rule they gave her. There is no legitimate reason to detain her. But, the Trump administration did it anyway… Because detention beds are funded and facilities are paid per head… the longer someone stays inside, the more money flows through that system. So, in other words… The Trump administration is human trafficking an Army veteran’s wife. And now, the Black Hawk pilot who served this country for over a decade, including protecting the President, is forced to beg the federal government to release his wife from a detention system that had no justification to take her in the first place. To this day, she remains in a Houston detention facility where she has lost at least 20 pounds, and the guards increase abuse as her case gains more publicity. When compliance leads to detention, lawful status means nothing, and the government admits it didn’t even review the file before arguing to keep someone locked up… the message is undeniable: Human trafficking is the goal. And they will keep trafficking her, for as long as they can get away with, unless people speak up.

Utah Xtreme Cheer in West Jordan, is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing athlete and her mother who were last seen in Las Vegas. In a social media post, the organization said one of its athletes and her mom did not arrive for competition and could not be reached. “This is not the post we ever wanted to make, but we need the cheer community’s help,” the post read. “At this point, we are extremely worried. Police have been contacted.” A flyer circulating online identifies the pair as Tawnia McGeehan and Addi Smith. They were last seen Feb. 14 around 8 p.m. at the New York-New York Hotel in Las Vegas. The team urged anyone with information to call or text 385-985-7249 immediately and to share the post widely. Anyone who may have seen them or knows their whereabouts is encouraged to contact the family or local law enforcement.

On 2-14 my beautiful daughter Alyssa went to school and never came home. She was 14 years old. She loved soccer. She loved music. She loved her friends. She had her whole life ahead of her.
