The JPS team working on the ground are doing God's work out here, giving them all the praise. I think however the communication teams needs to speak with details rather than generally when doing interviews.These are the areas affected, this is why, we anticipate restoration by X

41 hours without light. At this point @myJPSonline just a wait us portmore people out til our devices die or data done. What hurts the most is the lack of communication about our specific situation. Even if it negative we would appreciate it instead of "oh we a work 24/7".

30 hours without light @myJPSonline The food in my fridge soon spoil because the fridge's insulation is no match for the portmore heat. What kind of compensation should we expect for this outage? All portmore residents deserve a small 5k off them bill for the inconvenience.

After driving around most of portmore I've come to the consensus that @myJPSonline has no intention of giving us back light today. I haven't seen one JPS truck anywhere in portmore not even to "ASSESS" the situation must less fix anything. Wah portmore do unuh @myJPSonline

Why portmore don't have any light @myJPSonline rate unuh nuh rate wi. Portmore barely has any damage to your infrastructure except for a few poles on isolated schemes but the majority don't have any light approaching 24 hours now.
