माननीय @ArvindKejriwal जी संगम विहार के देवली गांव में पिछले 1 घंटे से बिजली गुल है. और ये अक्सर आजकल सुबह और मध्य रात्रि में बिजली गुल हो जा रही है। जिससे संगम विहार वासियों को गर्मी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। कृपया इस मामले को गम्भीरता से ले। @Prakashjarwal
