I am still in utter disbelief by Thursday’s verdict. Never in my life did I imagine my own government would charge me as a criminal for exercising my religious liberties and rights to free speech, which are guaranteed by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. They are trying to stop our voices, put fear in our hearts and take away the inalienable rights given to us by God. But I will not let that happen to this praying great-grandma as long as I have breath. #j6prayingrandma
@j6prayingrandma You proved 2 things. 1. Allowing yourself to be brainwashed has it’s consequences. 2. Believing you could participate in an insurrection with criminal intentions and not be charged for the crimes you committed.
@j6prayingrandma I am still in utter disbelief by Thursday’s verdict. Never in my life did I imagine my own government would charge me as a criminal for breaking into a locked public building, trespassing, and screaming for the hanging of the Vice President! #j6prayingrandma
@j6prayingrandma FAFO - The rest of us are in utter disbelief that people like you think the law doesn’t apply to Trump or his supporters. Choices have consequences. Cry harder, traitor.
@j6prayingrandma If your “assignment from God” caused you to commit crimes, you misunderstood the assignment.
@j6prayingrandma Next time don’t break the law lady.
@j6prayingrandma Here's what I find unbelievable... that you would equate trespassing to free speech and religious liberty. They are not the same, but trespassing is what you were found guilty of. Now suck it up and do your time.
@j6prayingrandma This is not America anymore.
The claim of persecution for exercising religious liberties and free speech is fucking bullshit, a baseless, fucking dangerous distortion of reality! The First Amendment may protect these rights, but it does not grant immunity from accountability for actions that threaten the very foundation of our democracy. Invoking age and divine rights in this context is a goddamn weak attempt to evade responsibility and shift the focus from the real issues at hand. The essence of democracy demands fucking accountability, regardless of your age or spiritual beliefs! Using religion and age as a smokescreen to avoid legal and moral responsibility is not just a direct attack on the rule of law but also a blatant disregard for the principles that our nation was founded upon. It's imperative to fucking differentiate between the exercise of constitutional rights and actions that could potentially dismantle the constitutional order itself. Those who hide behind religion and age to justify their dangerous, anti-democratic behavior are not only undermining the rule of law but also fucking spitting on the sacrifices made by countless individuals who fought to protect our democracy. It's high goddamn time we hold these people accountable for their actions and uphold the values that our nation holds dear!
@j6prayingrandma If I break into someone’s house to pray, I’m going to jail for breaking into their house, not for praying. On the bright side, you’ll have plenty of time for prayer while you’re inside.
@j6prayingrandma Every DC judge and juror interacts with Federal employees on a daily basis. Federal employees are threatened by Trump, and they want to prevent him from returning to their town. It is impossible for Trump or the J6 defendants to get a fair trial in DC.
