For most of human history, it was common to have mens only spaces As these spaces disappeared so did the happiness of men When men are alone they form bonds, and friendships and interact in different ways than when women are present I'm fortunate to be in the fight community where men can still be men but in today's world this is getting rare I also love to be around women and femininity but these are completely different dynamics and it's important to do both
@jakeshieldsajj Women need women’s (biological women) only spaces too. We are no different. I tell my husband all the time I long for female companionship. It’s just hard to find respectable females to bond with these days.
@jakeshieldsajj Many ideas that are damaging Western society are rooted in the assumption that men and women are basically the same, and thus interchangeable.
Schools should be separated by sex. Male mathematics and female mathematics classes, etc. They should go to the same school but not have mixed classes at all. When in the same class they are conscious of their relationship to the opposite sex and do not concentrate on the subject at hand ... especially in high school. They should interact in social situations like cafeteria and after school activities because they need to learn that as well and cannot learn how to properly socialize with the opposite sex in a class that is purely academic. They need real world experience.
@jakeshieldsajj Male spaces only serve men. In a gynocentric social order that threatens female agency due to the adversarial nature of gender relations. When given power the first thing women do is secure that power.
I work at sea and it's nearly always a male environment. When woman are onboard, it changes the atmosphere. Some men start acting differently because they are flirting. The woman love it, of course. But there's a reason why they used to say it was bad luck to have a woman onboard a ship. It causes problems. End of.
@jakeshieldsajj Yes we know all about it.
