I have really close friends but at the same time I feel like I don’t have any
The one person that made living in my house bearable has gone
My heart is beat because I’m thinking about self harming again
“I’m okay” - I feel depressed “I’m good” - ask me how I’m really doing “Don’t worry about it” - you need to worry about if
Can’t do any uni work because I feel so shit. Which makes me feel worse because I should be doing work.
I’m not trying to live my life. I just want to get through it.
I haven’t drank in over a month b/c I though it was making me worse. In reality it was making me better
It’s so difficult when you see how differently your brain works compared to everyone else
I think and visualise it all the time. I just need to be able to control something
