@KElectricPk Very nice guys. Great response, 9 hours later. Very useful, thank you.

Hi @KElectricPk! Gotta love the amazing service you guys have been providing us. Grouping one neighbourhood with no theft, with another one to force 6 hours of load shedding daily. And then daily 4-6 hours of maintenance shutdowns. Thank you!

@KElectricPk I know what will happen now. You will respond around an hour from now, and say hey your power seems to be on, what's the issue, please contact us if it's off. It's the same BS every day.

@KElectricPk Stop lying about scheduled loadshedding. Stop the lies. Stop pretending you cannot understand basic English. This entire thread is proof that @KElectricPk is conducting extra unofficial loadshedding on a daily basis. Stop parroting the same customer relations talking points.

@KElectricPk It is 6.50 pm. Loadshedding is supposed to end at 7.05 pm. Today I am tweeting about this in advance to show that unofficial loadshedding is happening. I predict that the power will not be turned on at 7.05 pm. Just wait. I will update you on this thread. Unofficial loadshedding.

@KElectricPk Another day, another instance of unofficial loadshedding. It is 7.16 pm. Loadshedding time ended at 7.05 pm. Judging by the past 2 weeks, the power will stay off till around 7.30-7.40 pm. At this point I can guarantee it. Shameless unofficial loadshedding by @KElectricPk 🤡

A great effect of all this (scheduled and unscheduled) loadshedding is that whenever the power is turned off by KE, @jazzpk service goes down the gutter. Signal goes down to 1-2 bars, data speeds go down to zero or very low, and even normal calls keep disconnecting.

@KElectricPk Oh hey look, it's the start of a new week, and the start of a new unscheduled 2-hour maintenance shutdown. Nice! Thanks K Electric. Continue making our lives miserable.

@KElectricPk I'm reaching out to you here. Power was supposed to come on right now at 7.05 pm. It did get turned on. Now it's off again. And it will stay off till 7.40 pm. Like every single day for 2 weeks. Every day. Unofficial loadshedding!

@KElectricPk You're replying at 8.52 pm. Yes power was turned on then. As I mentioned in my follow up tweet to the one you're replying to, KE turned the power back on around 7.40 pm. This has happened every single day for 2 weeks, despite official load shedding ending at 7.05 pm.

@KElectricPk Are you telling me that every single day for the past 2 weeks there are multiple faults? And every single day for the last 2 weeks there have been maintenance shutdowns? Every single day? Every day for 2 weeks? Is this really your claim?

@KElectricPk As predicted. It's 7.36 pm. The power just got turned on. This is unofficial loadshedding. K Electric please stop lying to your consumers. Please have the basic decency to at least be upfront about the loadshedding hours so we can at least plan our work around it.

@KElectricPk It's 7.10 pm right now. Load-shedding is supposed to end at 7.05 pm. I can predict right now that you'll turn the power on after 7.30 pm. This has been happening daily for the past 2 weeks. This is unofficial loadshedding. I know it won't matter. But this public record will stay.

I don't blame your social media and customer relations team @KElectricPk. You do a thankless job based on lies fed to you by your upper management. I feel for you guys. Unfortunately your upper management is woefully incompetent, lazy and cowardly.

The entire neighbourhood pays their bill on time. But because this neighbourhood is grouped up under the one feeder called Khando Goth, and because there is a lot of theft in Khando Goth, their lazy solution is collective punishment. They won't actually go after the theft. Clowns

Not only do they group us up with a neighbouring neighbourhood to collectively punish us with 6 hours of daily scheduled load shedding. They also proceed to unofficially increase loadshedding hours every single day to around 8-9 hours. And then they lie on social media.
