In 2005 I was 20 years old. Had no job as I was doing my graduation. Struggled to wake up for the 9 AM lecture. In 2007 Graduated and got a job with less than 5L per month salary. Never ever give up. Things are always hard before they become easy. Keep going 👍

The only way to optimize your immune system function is by eating a 'balanced' diet, exercising regularly (any form of resistance training), hydrating well and getting about 7-8 hours of sound sleep every night. There's no immunity boosting supplement or diet per se. Basics eh?

Imagine, for entering the military, it was as expensive as becoming a doctor The first thing our govt should do after evething has settld is to bring down the cost of pursuing a medical degree and pay them better.Only then we'll have more and better doctors fur such situations

Only essential services should continue as per our PM ......is steel production an essential service.......if case gets registered in plant ...next week it will be 100 n next week whole workforce.....it will become italy

Managment of Vizagsteel , RINL , putting their inside plant executive for 12 hr ( beyound normal duty hr ) in coronavirus crtical situation . Non executive will be in normal duty . Is this realy not a life risk decision of executive ?.

@vizagcollector Respected sir, Vizag Steel plant(RINL) didn't shutdown even though health emergency issued by Central govt. They gave "work from home" only for admin staff, what about Production staff !. Nothing more than human life. Please take necessary action.
