This is probably the most well articulated post I’ve seen on WHY it is essential for Elon’s compensation package to be approved by shareholders. I cannot emphasize enough how critical this vote is for the future of Tesla. I encourage people to read each point carefully.

Most of Elon's critiques not only believe he doesn't want deserve to be so the cy and influential... They also believe, if they hold $TSLA, that Elon world for them and punishing him will put him in line to focus on making money for them, the way they demand is "right". Those people love overusing the expression "fiduciary duty" (they think it makes them sound smart I guess?)
@jasondebolt Great writeup, and that all makes sense. I also wouldn't be surprised if Elon is intentionally waiting until he gets 25% control to do some bigger restructuring or otherwise "pushing the limits" type of activities.
@jasondebolt Yes Jason. if you have to push the limits so hard that you need 25% you probably shouldn't be a publicly traded company
Don’t you think the board knows how institutions will vote (ie in favor) before putting this out there. I have to hope yes. That being said, it is absolutely imperative to vote in favor and it is absolutely criminal that our votes original votes were negated by a corrupt judge. I think that ETFs (institutions) that vote no set themselves up for massive class action lawsuits if Elon leaves and share price is destroyed.
@jasondebolt Not to sound dramatic, but humanity could be at stake if this vote doesn’t pass
