Dear @RailwaySeva @IRCTCofficial @railwayminister @Central_Railway If IRCTC can send ticket confirmation through SMS, then why not actual time of arrival /departure /platform /coach position /facilities etc. Vacant seats also to stop TTEs selling them at very high price.
