@sarajcox I was on a bus in Leeds (years ago). At traffic lights, kid in front of me said “mum we are on Regent Street. There’s a Regent Street in monopoly” Mum said yes there was a Regent Street in Monopoly. Kid turned to mum and said “does that mean we’re in London then?”

I get thru to accounts going to customer retention. Still no one able to give me an update as to why I’m getting these emails. It’s affecting my mental health and being threatened with debt collection agencies for an account I have already paid, does nothing to help.

@virginmedia seriously. I am getting to the point of no return. Your phone numbers for accounts to speak to a person don’t work. I cancelled and paid my final bill over a month ago but still getting threatening emails that I owe money.

@virginmedia Equipment was returned and received on 8th Jan. I paid final bill on 10th but still getting threatening letters and emails about outstanding balance. I’ve even phoned and spoken to someone in regard to this. It’s not a nice situation to be in when I’ve never had outstanding debt

@virginmedia your customer service is appalling. I left in Nov, direct debit wasn’t taken despite still being active. I l got fed up & paid my final bill on 10th Jan and cancelled DD. So why since that date am I getting threatening emails and letters saying I still need to pay?

Been in to @Tesco on Roundhay Road to do a big shop - £250 worth and trolley laden, but done so nothing was crushed. Got to the tills and it wanted to do a check on 82 - seriously 82 items. That was almost our full shop. 1/3

What is the point of supposedly saving ‘customers’ time if this happens. And not one member of staff offered to help pack with us. 3/3

The only response from staff was it’s the way the system works. Manager said he would flag this for me, interestingly he didn’t take my name/number or email. Went thru a till, totally clogging it as my hubby is 3 months post spinal surgery & shouldn’t be lifting heavy items 2/3

@kerrypops1 @Tesco We’ve just been to do our big shop. Mega full trolley, £250 worth on scan and shop. Got to tills and wanted to rescan 82 items. All the staff could say was it’s the system we can’t do anything about it. Will be posting my full thoughts when I’ve calmed down.

@Katie_Lewis_ @Tesco I have just been in doing a big shop (£250 basket). Did scan and shop, got to till and it wanted to rescan 82 items. Ffs. Will be voicing my opinion soon.

Trying to contact @Siemens on 0345 603 5762. Get to first in queue then line disconnected. Happened 5 times. You call is important to us - I don’t think so

@bettercareliz I’ve had very similar over the past 18 months. Great service, especially as I’ve had a few medical issues in that time. Always seen the doc when it was needed.
