Rep: HB126 fight is going to the Supreme Court. They’ve got a tough decision to make. Sen: Man, I bet they’re pissed. We all know how much they hate making those. Lawyer: Eh...it’ll be a 15 page decision. 14 complaining about the legislature and 1 where they order a do-over.

Rep: Honest question, has the #CandylandCaucus actually killed any of their target bills, or just collateral damage bills by wasting everyone’s time? Sen: No kidding. If your bill is on their target list, you’re safe. It’s as close to a guarantee of passage as you can get.
