I fear I have reached the point of wanting a portable monitor. My iPad works when I’m using my MacBook Pro but I have to use Windows for work, and this whole one screen thing is not the vibe.

Forgot my keyboard at home today. Typing on a laptop while it’s docked just feels weird. And I had to reconfigure my monitors too because it wasn’t lining up the way it usually does with my laptop on the desk instead of propped up. I’m out of sorts 😅

Consistency really is the key to not just doing but learning. 7 hours on a Saturday afternoon learning information is just less effective than 1 hour each day for a week. And daily work is so much easier to schedule out than an entire afternoon and evening.

I use a Thinkpad at work currently. Hoping that when I transition to a new team I’ll get a new laptop since this one is slowly falling apart. On my meeting with my new team this past week the team lead screenshared and he’s on Windows 😭 I’m never getting a MacBook for work lol
