I actually tried approaching starbucks 10 years ago to see if i could work there, but they had a pretty stringent hiring process and wanted someone with f&b experience. but things have changed now. there are so many cute little independent cafes around. you should try approaching the smaller ones instead of the big franchises. i worked at one where i spoke directly to the owner and got to start working. I guess they’d be more open to it
