@kayvoonX @Revolut Revolut operates internationally, so there should be a backup communication plan in place, with teams in other countries able to keep customers informed, right? Even if the cloud infrastructure goes down, communication shouldn’t have to stop.

@punk6995 @Revolut An email notification would be more direct than having to check X for updates. I only went looking on X after my card payment got declined while I was in a store, and I imagine many others did the same.
