received it 3 days later. Then once that card was installed I’m told the same thing it is not registered and I must call back Saturday. How long do I need to keep doing this, very dissatisfied with xfinity after over 20’ywars of service

@Xfinity I have been trying to get a cable card for TiVo installed for a week now. With no luck. First the card I had picked up@at Woodstock ga was not registered I’m told after I got home and 4.5+ hours on the phone first text then live. I had a card sent to me supposedly next
