Server went Down Sunday 7th April, put a ticket in for a fix, waited, and waited. FTP'd into server and sorted it Myself (Paying for service?), Never touched any MOD. Today got this blanket BS letter. STOP BLAMING MODS FOR YOUR SHITTY SERVICE! Do Better @Nitrado_EN

@jimbobsos @Nitrado_EN Yeah after the Scorched update, I've had both my server saves corrupt on me which was causing the constant restarting for me.
@jimbobsos @Nitrado_EN I've fixed the Nitrado servers myself more times than the customer support have suggested anything remotely related to the issue. It's always "We see you've got mods installed." when it's something requiring more attention than pressing the restart server button 💀😒
@jimbobsos @Nitrado_EN Do yourself a favor get a cheap computer like a used business dell or hp and run your own servers on it for free. I made the switch and haven’t regretted it in the slightest. Nitrado can suck it they will never get another dime from me.
