My phone has been with OnePlus for 2.5 months, and I've only received generic responses stating that they are working on the issue. I've attempted to contact them via email, phone calls, and Twitter, but have not received any meaningful assistance.Attaching the screenshots below.
@onepluscareIN I have replied back. Also here are the screenshots from your priority team who is handling my case since it was escalated on the 8th of august
@OnePlus_Support @onepluscareIN They are not doing any help. Here are the screenshots . It's like getting a reply from a bot.
@OnePlus_Support 2.5 months and counting. Still dont have my phone. #whereismyphone .
@OnePlus_Support There is no use. All I get is this message "Hi Jim! We certainly understand your concern. We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. We request you to extend your patience as our team is working on the issue. Your understanding in this regard is highly appreciated."
@ashhad_kamal @oneplus_IN @oneplus @onepluscareIN @PeteLau Haha good luck with that. Same happened to me. I gave my phone for service on the 3rd of august. I still haven't got it back. @oneplus_IN @oneplus is doing a shit job. When you call or email them you will only hear one thing " we are working on it"
@c_sk_b How do we proceed with consumer court? Could you give more details? Im planning to lodge a complaint as well. @onepluscareIN @OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support These guys are hopeless. Its been more than two months( from august 3rd)) , i dont have my phone or any refund.
@chandra03ram @oneplus_IN @oneplus_Support @oneplus Yes. My case got escalated on the 8th of august and was promised a resolution in 24hours. Its September 20 today and the response i get from them is that they are working on it
@madmammothmax @oneplus @oneplus_IN @oneplus_Support I have the same experience as well. Won't be buying their products anymore and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy them.
@OnePlus_IN @Om_Kmwt Same issue with me. My phone was taken for service on the 3rd of august due to this same issue. Now they don't know where the phone is. They said it's escalated on the 8th of august. Their customer service is a joke. Will never recommend their products.
@anubhavkr20111 @OnePlus_IN Very true. They are the worst
@onepluscareIN @advocatebkumar My OnePlus 8 Pro has been in repair for over 1.5 months, and it seems to have disappeared into thin air. Case #230808-006678 escalated to #230816-009365. Called them multiple times, promises of resolution unmet . Is this the OnePlus service we deserve? #worstcustomerservice
#OnePlusSupport #CustomerService In short, my phone was taken away for service, and OnePlus seems to have lost it. Continuous delays, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of communication have left me deeply frustrated. @OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support @onepluscareIN
My OnePlus 8 Pro has been in repair for over 1.5 months. Case #230808-006678 escalated multiple times, promises of resolution unmet. Anthony and Syed Ayan from complaints was in charge and now case is escalated ( since 8th of August) with case id #230816-009365. @OnePlus_IN
