As a young coach I was worried about the scoreboard. Now I realize I must first win the hearts of my players. Wins will follow. It takes empathy, trust, and dedication. Success isn't just about points—it's about unity, resilience, and the bond that fuels victory.
#Football play calling. I believe that the answer to most 2nd down situations is either speed option or inside screen. Take away their numbers, don’t block their best athletes = easy $$$
