@Lowes I ordered a stove and a microwave at the beginning of July. After 3 failed deliveries I still don’t have my stuff. This is horrible service I need to talk to someone that can actually give me straight answers

@amznsellerhelp @dharmeshmehta A competitor merged a toy’s reviews onto a new product to get 4.5k reviews overnight, right before Prime Day. It’s not FDA-cleared and shouldn’t even be live. This is ridiculous that Amazon allows this to happen to sellers a.co/d/bMDVBcj

@amzsellerhelp @AmazonHelp @dharmeshmehta Our best selling ASIN has been incorrectly marked as "recalled" and all units moved to Defective. We are the only manufacturer and brand registered seller of this item. Please help correct this!

2 of our ASINs have been suppressed for 2 months now because of a restricted word in title. We are the brand owners with brand registry and are unable to edit our own listings. Contribution rights to our brand have been stolen. @AmazonHelp @dharmeshmehta

How can Amazon let 21000 FREE orders pass its system? When our BF deal went live the green coupon was still active resulting in a price of $0. 21k units exhausted in 8 minutes. Please help us cancel these orders before they are shipped! @dharmeshmehta @AmazonHelp @amznsellerhelp

Since 2016 we have been dealing with the following issues: 1. Inside bad actors meddling with our account. Removing listings from SC, taking asins down for random reasons etc. Amazon admitted fault after 2 YEARS and assigned us to special team to prevent it in the future.

I don't know what to do. How we are going to sell through the holidays when Amazon says they can't get products in stock until after Christmas? @amazon @amznsellerhelp @JeffBezos what are we supposed to do? We are getting no information. Help us get product to your customers.

My company paid Amazon ~$4 million dollars in the last 12 months and we've been selling on Amazon for over a decade. I have no idea what they're doing right now. And neither do they. 🧵

Dang, just hit my restock limits on Amazon. Hilarious that Amazon got too much warehouse space and is now limiting seller inventory in FCs so much that we won't have room to send all our goods in. Sellers shouldn't be punished when Amazon makes the wrong moves. Just so...

My Ukrainian team and I need help. Last week Amazon suspended our seller account. They also deleted all our product reviews - in my view unfairly. No seller wants to be suspended. Ever. But for us it’s come at the worst time possible: #Ukraine #UkraineWar

@dharmeshmehta after hours upon hours of calls with seller support and the catalog team I’ve come to a dead end. All of my competitors have a box and a semi topless girl in their main image. BUT, when I put just the box in the main image, it gets flagged as Adult.

Amazon takes down Top 30 BSR product based on fake copyright claims from emails with outlook, 163 domains, fake websites with ZERO validation. All while making legitimate brand owners jump through hoops. Complete lack of due diligence. HUGE FAIL Amazon Brand Registry @AmazonHelp
