Why did Franklin Baptista promise a device and now refuse to honor his commitment? As an HP customer since 1994, do I deserve this mistreatment?
I am offering you the opportunity to resolve this matter by delivering the equipment you promised (HP EliteBook 8 Flip G1i 13-inch Notebook AI PC), which is available on your website (hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp…), to my address in Miami.
@HPSupport I am simply asking HP to honor one of two reasonable solutions: provide the agreed replacement or transfer its equivalent value to my bank account.
@HPSupport At this stage, I need a resolution, not another request to move the conversation to DM. HP has already proposed a replacement, but I was subsequently told that the replacement device is "not available", despite it being currently listed for sale on HP's own website.

This is the confirmation of the equipment they promised me, and this week they called to tell me they don't have it available and don't know when it will be. DO NOT BUY HP BECAUSE THEY DON'T RESOLVE BATTERY PROBLEMS THAT CAN CAUSE FIRE

I formally request the following: Opening a Product Safety case regarding this incident. A resolution from HP regarding the total loss of a high-end device caused by a battery manufacturing defect.
