Whats up when you’re not charged to bring a bike bag but charged $200 for when you check an empty one that has clothing. Shame on you @Delta ! How is an empty equipment bag considered oversized? Tell me why I should continue my loyalty?

Stay far away from @vueling They have the worst customer service, policies and website. You cannot change a flight and get credit towards a new one. They make you book a flight, cancel one and then keep credit for a later date. Thankfully I have @AskAmex in the case to help
