Freddie’s first major competition in Penrith today and he’s got a bronze medal in the para kata open grade. He’s an orange belt and was competing against black belts! Unbelievably proud @TrinityAcadStE

After THE BEST parents meeting with Freddie’s form tutor yesterday, this evening he’s off to spend the weekend at the NEC in Birmingham with his church youth group. Even made sure all his homework was done by Wednesday so he could enjoy his weekend @TrinityAcadStE
