@Wikiparaz @mattycallen The Beetlejuice cartoon is so not bad that it even won a (Daytime) Emmy WHICH I'VE TOUCHED (because Nelvana's owners care so little they leave it in a shared space in the building I used to work in)

@TTChelps No, a bus came after about ~40 minutes waiting. I'd appreciate it if you could put in a complaint/concern, though, because I think they're scheduled for every 5 minutes!

@TTChelps do you know why replacement 504/505 bus service hasn't arrived at Broadview station to go south? I've been standing in a crowd waiting for more than 30 minutes on the bus platform at the station 😞

@deadsquid @DairyQueen if I recall, @beltzner said that the negative of putting the candle through the box of cake mix was that it would ruin the cake mix, but that was also the positive

This is a *super* useful way to show multiple destinations on a single line, @transitapp! A+. #serious

@hEnereyG Nothing taught me more about HR at big companies than having the same HR person ask me *exactly* the same questions after I was promoted AND after I was fired. I'm extremely lucky to be at a much better place now, Wattpad!

@ttchelps fyi: the station map LEDs weren't illuminated on the map above doors 15/16 on subway car 6052, today at 630pm on line 1. 🙂

@c_9 I've given up on reading "everything" (which, I'm sure, horrifies @ndaversa), so as long as the feed algorithm is stable (which it seems Instagram's is), I'm happy.

I've noticed that I'm a *lot* happier on Instagram than Twitter or Reddit lately, and I think this paragraph explains why: work.qz.com/1128150/your-c…

@dolske I thought she was just too busy to meet with me... the last 3 times I was "stood up". I, uh, am nothing if not persistent.

New-year discovery: In order for the other person to attend the meeting you're having with them, it is essential that *they be invited to that meeting*. #monthslater

@LeCineNerd Shows how poor my knowledge of films from before I was born really is, but I almost can't believe how Sellers disappeared into those roles. And he could've been Kong! (Though, Slim Pickens.) AND he didn't win the oscar?!?!

@LeCineNerd OMG. I just watched Dr. Strangelove for the first time, and could not have been more blown away. But I went in TOTALLY cold - hadn't even read the IMDB page - and had NO IDEA that Peter Sellers played those three roles. I just about fell down.

@LeCineNerd @saleintothe90s I rented Leonard Part 6 multiple times as a child. I'm still sorry.

@beltzner @DoorDash The best part of me discovering this DoorDash As A Going Concern Fee like this: I started at my go-to delivery service, @JUSTEATca, but they said the restaurant was offline. I figured it was a bug, time to try DoorDash. Surprise! The restaurant is closed until the new year.
