Our dear friend @SaveWildBees died on Sunday. She was a wonderful human being, a brilliant researcher, passionate about grassroots justice work. Among many of the gifts she and Marc gave us, was introducing us to Puerto Rico (the board game) and good espresso. She was 43.

"Presence not withheld" is what God's love feels like. "Presence not withheld" is also what we can offer ourselves, and especially to our pain. There is endless grace & care for the ways we numb out / dissociate in order to survive. But healing and growth is about presence.
