@ATTBusiness @ATTBusinessCare someone from customer support reached out to me over Twitter private message on Friday morning to say she had escalated the issue to the "Presidents Office" and that someone would be contacting me within 24-48 hours. I have yet to hear from them... :-(

@ATTBusiness @ATTBusinessCare Still no word on when I am supposed to get the wifi that was supposed to be installed last Wednesday. Technician never showed up and later called with excuse about "being busy," no apology and very rude. All others involved in the order have been silent. ?!?!

@ATTBusinessCare ? After Chris gave incomplete information and guesses, I told him I was in touch with someone else who seemed to be handling the issue. So I did not "stop responding." And, BTW, I only got $100 of the $200 in gift cards promised me...

@ATTBusiness Please find someone responsible at your company to follow up to see what went wrong (and keeps going wrong) and how you can try to fix it.

@ATTBusinessCare I already sent you my contact information. And you should of course already have it in your system. Ridiculous.

@ATTBusinessCare still no response...

@ATTBusinessCare not surprising at all to see that even though I sent DM right away yesterday, I have yet to receive a response.

@MikeBloomberg @IfAnything_Film @NetflixFilm @Everytown Thank you for sharing this. My hometown is Newtown, CT. I have done extensive volunteer work in the mental health field and know, first-hand, how grief can be debilitating. For those in crisis, text "Hello" to 741741 for CrisisTextLine.

We will also be doing 2021 reverse-punches that evening. It will take a solid 2 hours to get through all of them.

Up for a challenge? How about doing 2021 front-kicks in one session on Dec 17? If not, how about donating on behalf of those of us who will?: svkarate.com/charity-kick-a…

@MountainViewPD Congratulations

@karatepapa2020 @KARATEbyJesse ? I guess you haven't spent (much) time in Japan? There are many people saying "Osu" to their seniors in Japan and where it is not considered rude. Different protocol at different places. Some consider it crude (not rude) and some do not.

@LosAltosPD Nice work, LAPD. Thank you.

Thanks 911 dispatchers! npstw.org It's #DispatcherAppreciationWeek I've called in many times and they've always done a great job. Also great to spend several hours in the Palo Alto 911 call center a few years ago. #MoutainViewPD #LosAltosPD #PaloAltoPolice

@rjPAPD @PaloAltoPolice @cityofpaloalto @CalChiefs @CalPeaceOfficer @TheIACP @NationalSheriff @NatPoliceAssoc ...but you've got to admit...the fight scenes were pretty good! ;-)

Posting this photo of my home for #LightUpLosAltos. The City of Los Altos is asking people to re-hang their holiday lights to spread positive vibes to the community during this distressing time. Ha! That's why I do it all year long! :-)

@rjPAPD @HamillHimself Nice. My brother worked with Mark a few years ago. Remind me to tell you about it at our next meeting.

@AnonsSynonymous @Deviantbreed89 @CurlyQ000 @dvillella @realDonaldTrump Michael Bloomberg left his job, waived his salary as Mayor of NY, and possibly lost BILLIONS in potential earnings to help his city. Now he's offering to do this as President.
