When a severely delayed @HeathrowExpress train eventually pulls into Paddington could someone have the sense in future to open the barriers and allow people through. The resultant bottleneck to scan tickets which had already been scanned to board the train is unacceptable.

Come on @lambeth_council scenes like this are becoming quite common on a weekend in the Vauxhall area. It’s not acceptable to only empty bins on week days. The world doesn’t stop spinning on a Friday.

Chaos @CTAairport due to poor passenger flow at passport control. @British_Airways BA 2595 scheduled to depart in 3 minutes with many passengers for later flights crowding to the front of the passport desk. No regard for covid safety measures!!!

A real retrograde step for the customer experience installing barriers for @HeathrowExpress at Terminal 5. Are you attempting to mimic the shambles that is @Gatwick_Airport station? Who makes these decisions?
