Called a huge prospect this morning. he’s not sure if “now is the right time to proceed.” I ask if I can give him the sales pitch? “Go for it!” I do my honest, conversational explanation. I invite his wife into the discussion. Follow up in 2 weeks. Why do I think this is hard?

Watching people walk in and out of the local Starbucks. I think the average time is 15 seconds. Far fewer tables in there compared to 5 years ago. I wonder if corporate intentionally pivoted to being an app with a counter?
