Here are the facts: #NMBCouncil 1. Speaker wanted to kick out a legitimate councillor that is on the payroll. 2. The DA refused as he has been sworn in as a councillor. 3. The speaker then called security to remove him. 4. The DA prevented security from removing the councillor.
