I have a strong appreciation for Sony's industrial design from the 1980s. Electronics from that era had a distinct industrial and utilitarian aesthetic, that sets it apart from the sleek and streamlined designs that followed it.

The 2001 Sony Vaio PCG-GT1 was ahead of its time with a built-in camera and Memory Stick slot. Struggled in the market due to high price and limited processing power. Discontinued shortly after release.
