On 29th March, 2016, Hon'ble CM had laid the foundation stone for renovation of Laxmisagar Pond for Rs 6.69 crore.On the invitation of local residents, I visited the spot . Residents complained of hardly any work. Pics speak volumes.Was aghast.Where did the funds go?@CMO_Odisha
