The inability to anticipate, recognize, and address roster weaknesses throughout the year is a fireable offense. However, the owner doesn’t do his job and give his support to add and replace talent. Can we just fire the owner? The effort of this team is just inexcusable!

Seriously, what do they not see about this team? We have so many holes that need to be fixed and they do nothing! Pre season, in season, it doesn’t matter, they just do nothing! Act like it means something for once.
