@OptimumHelp are there any outages being reported in the Wilton, CT area? I don’t have WiFi this morning. I’ve rebooted my router a couple times. Thank you!

@OptimumHelp Hi Cindy, I provided this info through DM several days ago and have not heard back.

@OptimumHelp I’ve been trying to talk to someone in tech support for 2 wks. Calling everyday and being put on hold for an hour until I get fed up and hang up. This is absolutely absurd. No one is responding on chat or they refer me back to tech support who I cannot get a hold of.

@OptimumHelp what can I do?

@nukkanick @OptimumHelp Ours too! I have been trying to get in touch for two weeks with no response :(

@denisemourges @optimum @FCC I completely agree. I have been trying to get a hold of the technical dept for 2 weeks. Seriously. Calling every day and being put on hold for 1+ hour until I finally hang up. No help via chat either. I have no idea what to do! @TodayWithBBB please take note!

@OptimumHelp I would like to increase my internet speed and stability. How do I do this? I can’t get through to customer service on the phone.

@walmarthelp hi there, I just received my order but I was shipped the wrong item. How should I proceed?

@UOHelpMe hi there, I never received my order of Dried Lion’s Tail Grass Bunch even though it is showing as delivered. I checked everywhere. My order was split shipped and I received the other item - but not this one. Order # TP09907069

@Itcosmetics The packaging for the cc+ cream is terrible!! If the tube isn’t 100% full it is so hard to get product out of the tube - and when you do it sprays in random directions. I’ve ruined 3 shirts because of this. Be warned!

@Itcosmetics The packaging of your cc+ cream is absolutely terrible. It is so difficult to get the product out of the tube - and when it does come out - it sprays all over the place. This is the third shirt I have ruined just trying to get a drop of cc cream out of the tube.

@jcrew_help Okay, thanks for letting me know! I’ll need to return them - seems a little misleading to position something as a winter weather boot without being waterproof! Thanks again for your help.

@jcrew_help hi! I just received the Nordic boots I ordered and was a bit surprised by the outer material - are these waterproof?

@OptimumHelp Is there an outage in Wilton CT? My WiFi has been down all day, and my cell connection is too weak to check the outages on your website.

@Delta perfect thanks!

@Delta Thank you, but I'm having some trouble with that. Is there a normal number for the Diamond Medallion line that is not toll free?
