Started restricting and intermittent fasting again and just weighed myself for the first time in a few weeks and I’m 140 which was my initial mini goal and I’m so pleasantly surprised i thought I’d have gained so much over Christmas and be back at 160
In November I went from 160->150lbs and then I plateaued so I tried to not think about restricting too much over Christmas and didn’t weigh myself but still made healthy swaps for my meals and snacks and I went out drinking quite a few times and ate more on the big days
I wanted to eat more today to try and wake my body up and break the plateau cos it’s just holding onto anything rn but I’m making curry etc for my family and the cals in the whole thing is actually insane
Losing my mind rn because maybe I need to have a normal day of food to break it but i just looked at the breakfast options in cafe Nero when I was getting an americano and everything was 300+
I’ve been restricting all week and no weight loss, think I’ve hit a plateau, how do I get out of it??! I don’t wanna eat 1000 cals
Can I lose 10lbs in 2 weeks? I literally just did it but now I’m stuck
I need to take measurements but I know they’re gonna be ✨exactly the same✨
