The difference between polls and votes is that you don’t have to stand in line for 11 hours to respond to a poll. We can have hope but we can’t afford complacency. Vote, then phone bank for Dem turnout to process that nervous energy instead of refreshing @FiveThirtyEight.

I’m glad Indigenous knowledge is gaining mainstream recognition (I am on this journey) but wish it included that climate/droughts make fires worse. Asking Native ppl to fix it without bold climate action is myopic. ⁦@ilike_mike⁩ ⁦@JaredHuffman⁩ nytimes.com/2020/10/07/us/…

I don’t understand why @KamalaHarris can’t absolutely eviscerate @VP Pence RE assuring a peaceful transition of power. There is no more fundamentally, bipartisanly patriotic tenet of our nation than ruling by the consent of the governed. Bring up George Washington, already.

why does this bagel taste like focus groups and condescension 🙃 moving into some guy’s van? schmear campaign? ew also ballots with insufficient postage will still be delivered. at least give people the right info kudos on the MitzVote pun though it’s really not half bad

My parents are breathing smoke, my cousins are in a hurricane, and we’re all hiding out from a pandemic. There’s plenty of commentary to be made, but for tonight this small moment of grace will suffice.
