"eat without any distractions" was the worst tip ever for me watching/playing something during my meal helps me to redirect my attention to other things than if i’m full or still hungry
I just find out that my roommate’s scale I was using, sometimes even few times during the day whole year was bluetooth scale… i am thinking… a lot
