For the 2nd time in 2 weeks, the DOJ admits 1512c2 is and will be selectively prosecuted to only apply to Donald Trump and his supporters. I also take Gorsuch’s comments and hypothetical as a good sign for outcome of Fischer.

@julie_kelly2 Could Dreeben sound any more swishy? Listening to Gorsuch speak, then Dreeben, it sounds like a grown man educating his wayward gay son.
@julie_kelly2 Play games and prepare to get your worst nightmare. Trump 2024.
@julie_kelly2 Selective prosecution of the law should be against the law!
@julie_kelly2 J6 was a protest for a rigged election. They got off lucky.
@julie_kelly2 Thanks, Julie, for keeping us informed. Have a pleasant weekend.
@julie_kelly2 whose giggling while Gorsuch begins his hypothetical?
@julie_kelly2 @wendyp4545 The depth’s of weeds they get into is mind numbing.
@julie_kelly2 That’s what I heard!. every hypothetical that the jurors ask, the government said “that’s not prosecutable”. But anything to do with Trump is. I hope the Supreme Court sees right through that.
Federal elections are overseen by the executive branch. Seems pretty "core" to me. What gets me is that the president can pardon a criminal (including himself, ostensibly) for just about any crime, but can be prosecuted for things he does as president? How are pardons consistent with anything other than immunity?
