Yet another late @WestJet takeoff. No information provided. Sitting at gate for no apparent reason. Oh wait, they just announced they need to finish up some paperwork and load the bags that had to be dropped at least 75 minutes prior to our scheduled departure 🙄 Get it together.

Hi @WestJet Why bother having power outlets onboard when they never work? 8/10 flights and I fly a lot, they don’t work. Please do something or stop misleading ppl into thinking they can charge devices while flying with you. Super annoyed customer.

Thanks @WestJet for the multiple check in errors and 22 minutes of wasted time. Extra special is the instx not to call…for a flight leaving in less than 24 hours. If it’s a technical issue, say so. This is too vague. And how early should I get to the airport with this issue?

Hi @WestJet what’s the deal w/ flights from YYC & YVR today? You cancelled my direct flight and put me on a new flight with a layover in YVR…that was supposed to leave before my original flight! No reason given. Now I’ve had at least half a dozen changes on the two new flights!

Holy hell does @AirCanada ever hate me. Always the worst seat assignments. Nothing quite like sitting in the middle AND having to wait for an hour while 30+ other rows deplane in front of you. I’m just going to filter you out on future flight searches. Not worth the aggravation.

Epic fail today @WestJet and #YYC airport. Electronic boarding pass with wrong gate. Nexus travellers ignored by security staff and made to wait in regular queue. No boarding call for 1624 bc of quiet terminal rule, yet myriad other announcements could be heard from where I was.

I do not want to use TTC when in town for work next. Is there a way to use @BikeShareTO bikes for longer than a 30 min ride? Special pass or membership? Can I dock and sign out again right away? Or I need to wait and/or get a different bike for the second leg of my ride? #biketo
