Hamas wants to trade the Israeli hostages for the 10,000 Palestinian prisoners Israel is torturing and starving right now. Israel wants to get their hostages back in exchange for a temporary ceasefire - a short pause in the genocide so they can rest and refit.
Palestinian Resistance wants prisoners for prisoners Israel wants prisoners for temporary ceasefire The UN Security Council just passed a prisoners for temporary ceasefire resolution It won't be acceptable to both sides and so the war will continue
@justinpodur I have a question: I was told that the prisoners have been starved since Oct 7 of last year. How is it they are still alive? This makes no sense.
@justinpodur The number 1 reason of all the suffering in Gaza is Israel. No matter what Hamas did, it's all caused by the Israeli occupation before Oct 7th, and the IDF response after Oct 7th is never justified by anything. Any decent human being can see that.
@justinpodur And this all began, I believe, in the 2000s when Hamas traded ONE Israeli soldier for hundreds of Palestinian hostages. It is a common strategy, Israel knows that but October 7th was just an excuse to besiege Gaza once and for all.
@justinpodur And they have US soldiers in Gaza doing whatever they are doing too. A temporary ceasefire so that they can get more weapons. Didn’t US approve another aid package for them
