Completed my first 2 C-section scar assessments today, as case studies for my course! Both lovely ladies felt immediate changes including flattening of their scars and softening of the surrounding tissue! How exciting!! #scartherapy #scarspecialist #csectionscarmanagement

Ive been seeing a young lady in clinic recently who hasnt been able to move herself in a wheelchair for 4 years due to postural changes & the position of her head(think vision). Yesterday she drove a powered wheelchair independently for 2hours. I cried #bestday #posturemanagement

Very much enjoying my sewing 🪡🧵hobby at the moment! Made this little jumpsuit (which has some imperfections) which is my new gardening outfit 🥰 Ended up getting sunburn in it last Sunday when I first wore it 🤦‍♀️ who knew the sun was so strong in April?! #sewinghobby #selftaught

It’s a jolly Happy Easter over here! In 2019 I injured my left hip and had to stop almost all exercise. Today I did my first (almost pain free) ‘run’ for 30mins, consisting of 8 lots of 1 min running and lots of walking. I did 2.3 miles and I am SO HAPPY! ☺️ #hiprehab #grateful
