Really getting into Linux here lately. Using Windows on my work laptop is getting harder day-by-day... Being able to customize everything is so great! i3 window manager is good enough that I'm reconsidering my desire for a second monitor...

OK, finally decided to put some of this holiday to productive use and learn vim. I'm in lesson 4 of vimtutor and I'm already thinking this is a revelation, can't believe I've slept on it. I'm terrible at it right now, but this could be a game changer. #vim

TypeScript is just a pain in the neck. It's great once everything is set up, but who knows why it doesn't pick up the .d.ts file that's RIGHT THERE? This should *just work* with Vite, right?

AoC Day 1 benchmark comparison, Rust vs JS (Node): 1x loop: Rust is at 10.161 ms, JS at 39.925 ms. 1000x loops: Rust is at 385.875 ms (🤯) and JS at 3260.6 ms. So breaking news: Rust is fast and JS is slow. Can anyone improve on either?
