@ApartmentGuyCA When there's a price rush developers cry "darned red tape, they won't let us build enough, more supply is needed for lower prices!". If market softens and price is stable or down a hair "it's too expensive, we will stop building" therefore constricting supply Happens every time

Haven’t seen this since late 2017. Listing commission at 3.5% to buying agent. Standard is 2.5%. Basically seller enticing buyer agent to get their buyer to buy this home for the 1% ⬆️than normal comm. Some sellers rather give 1% more comm. rather than reduce price by $30k-$50k.

@Dheeraj46224602 @venkigiri @DcWalaDesi This is a great idea. While something happens to address the backlog, if they just start issuing 10yr H1B visa for people who are in a backlog, it can reduce their hassle a lot in day to day life. Probably issuing longer H1B won’t require a full legislation.
