Off to the New York State Federation Championships!! After placing top 20 overall, earning the 5th individual state qualifier spot, and running a course PR at the CHSAA State Champs today, I'm so excited to compete upstate at Bowdoin Park on November 18th! #crosscountry

League Champs ‼️ Last year at Leagues, I ran an 18:40 4k and placed 21st in Varsity. This year, I'm beyond excited to have run my last race at Sunken Meadow in a time of 16:53 and place 6th overall. Looking forward to Intersectionals on November 11th! #crosscountry

After a few weeks of challenging weather, I finally had the chance to race at the Suffolk Coaches Invite at Sunken Meadow, running almost a 40 second course PR. Looking forward to a fast 4k at the Manhattan College Invitational on October 14th!🏃🏻‍♀️
