For customer interviews, people create a list of questions & try to go through them during the call. Instead, create a list of things you want to learn, prepare 3-4 prompts, and ask the right follow-up questions based on what they tell you. That’s how you discover the real gold.

Feedback on design work, even when it feels harsh, is not a signal of subpar work. It is often the embodiment of *progress*. The goal of putting a mockup or a prototype out there isn't to drive agreement, it's to drive alignment. Alignment can only happen through feedback.
