I know VRChat/online relationships have a horrible track record and people are chronically jumping from one person to another. But know that if you treat the platform less like a dating sim, the love of your life may find you when you least expect it. It’s quite literally been the best weekend of my life, as I’m now happily engaged to my soulmate, whom I initially met through VRChat. Despite her being from the opposite side of the world from me, we’ve made this work and have come so far together. I hope anyone reading this in a similar situation as me takes this as a sign to keeping moving forward, you’ve got this!
