@airtransat @airtransat thank you for side-stepping my question & the question of many other passengers. The attendants can’t seem to share information on passengers rights - they are doing their best but you have failed them as an employer

7 - @airtransat TS9309: delayed boarding by 2hrs; boarded to only be told that the air space in Italy is so busy & we’ll be delayed at least another hour for take off. We’ve all been patient but it’s time to FINALLY explain how you’ll reimburse for this tragedy of an airline.

6 - Day 2 of the @airtransat Rome-Toronto Saga TS9309: the group was dropped off at the airport at 07:45 for a 11:00 flight. We have to take the same plane back, which is concerning for lots & flight is delayed at least another hour because the plane needs “food loaded”

5 - 4 hrs since I was supposed to leave. @airtransat has given passengers the option to get off but attendant passive aggressively stated that “IT’S YOUR CHOICE TO LEAVE”; refused to give info on next flights or offer to compensate terrified passengers for their trouble.

3 - The @airtransat crew were very inconsiderate when relating to the passengers, saying that they were “also dying on this plane with us” (re: the heat) That is ABSOLUTELY the inappropriate terminology to use when passengers were already extremely concerned for their safety.

@airtransat @airtransat - that may be the case but I don’t think anyone feels safe to fly on this plane or would chose to fly your airline again after this experience. Please provide another alternative for myself & the rest of the passengers. We have been extremely patient & understanding.

4 - The plane was “fixed” & sat on the tarmack for another 45 mins only to find out there was a 4th unrelated issue & would have to get off the plane. No additional direction has been given & the staff have not been very sympathetic. DO BETTER @airtransat.

2 - Currently in hour 3 waiting on the @airtransat plane from Rome to Toronto. The airplane has experienced 3 separate external power issues. The cabin could not circulate air during the heat wave affecting breathing & anxiety for the majority of the plane.

1 - I don’t often use this platform but definitely need to take a note from the book of @ValerieBski & giving @airtransat the rant that they deserve
